Per the instructions of my chemo nurse, I cut my hair very short in anticipation of it falling out in a few weeks. I can't decide if I look like a lesbian or a Grandma. I keep looking in the mirror with disbelief to realize that I look just like Grandma D (my Mom) with red hair. You ladies know that as much as we love our Moms and think they are beautiful, we don't really want to look like them. I think "hot" lesbian is preferable.
Definitely "hot mom" would be what I would say... (I'm friends with Amy-from Italy-the gal who got engaged and rides)

Hi Maggie May, (I love that name! It rolls off the tongue so nicely!) Anyway, I was one of Amy's roommates (the one across the hall) in Italy. I met you at the Italy show. I know what you mean about getting older and looking like my mother. It's happening to me too! I'm sooo sorry to hear about your latest struggle with cancer. My prayers are with you!
